197-1:1983 is a sculpture examining the relationship between the International Standards Organization (ISO) and the politics of sound technologies. Copper plates, copper electrical wire, and copper-run transducers transmitted numbers stations recorded from shortwave radio. Commissioned by High Tide Gallery for Regulated Material.
